Anne has over 18 years experience in the financial and administrative management field. Anne ensures the necessary financial controls and systems are in place for smooth operations including the development of cash flow budgets, and monthly and year-end financial reporting against budgets.
With deep experience in enterprise architecture, systems integration, and system architecture, Slobodan leads the technology direction for Trulioo's products. He is responsible for translating business objectives into technical requirements, supervising and growing the technical team, and setting standards and processes to ensure business and technical product goals are met with efficiency. Slobodan has hands-on experience building products and teams in both startup and corporate environments in the eCommerce, SaaS, and cloud hosting space.
Rob is an experienced product management professional with over 20 years of experience in the high tech sector leading successful product teams and managing product life cycles. He has been involved in the management of products, projects and teams spanning a diverse group of companies from start-ups to global corporations. Rob’s areas of expertise include defining and refining product vision, roadmaps, positioning, and competitive analysis, while engaging customers and managing customer advisory groups. His background also includes a broad range of software solutions from OEM and commercial off the shelf software to complex enterprise software applications.
Anatoly has a wealth of experience working in strategy and corporate development within financial technology, credit, consumer healthcare and identity markets. His deep understanding of the industry combined with his thoughtful and strategic approach to nurturing relationships has helped him win partnership, investment, and acquisition opportunities with global data companies. Before joining Trulioo, Anatoly was the Corporate Development and Strategy lead at Experian Consumer Services.
Kim is a marketing professional with a decade of experience developing, launching and managing effective and engaging digital marketing strategies. She's been instrumental in the success of social media campaigns executed at award-winning public relations agencies. She has spear-headed digital campaigns for brands from a wide range of industries and sectors including real estate, fashion, publishing, gaming, food & beverage, technology, healthcare, travel, nonprofit and startup. Her creativity and digital IQ inspires her work in developing and driving strategies that are aligned with business goals.
Tanis has a passion for starting businesses, which is reflected in the multiple data-driven companies that she has successfully co-founded and sold over the last decade. Her belief in entrepreneurship as a vital piece in the business landscape drives her to help others bring their ideas from concept to fruition. Today, Tanis' most recent company Trulioo, is tackling the big issue of ``online identity`` by creating products that will enable businesses and people to interact and conduct commerce globally on the web.
David is the Managing Partner of Blumberg Capital and has been investing in early stage technology companies for more than 24 years. Prior to founding Blumberg Capital in 1991, David managed technology investments with Claridge Investments, Adler & Co., Apax, and T. Rowe Price Associates. David earned his AB in Government, cum laude, from Harvard College and his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and INSEAD.
Andrew Lugsdin is a partner in the IT Fund. He joined BDC Venture Capital in 2001 and is based out of Vancouver, BC. He has over 20 years experience in the IT and telecom sectors. Prior to joining BDC Venture Capital, Andrew was the founder and president of a consulting firm for early-stage high-tech companies, providing business planning and development services. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and in Computer Science from McGill University.
