Global Gateway provides businesses with reliable electronic identity and age verification in more than 30 countries. Some verification providers use a single source solution, but Trulioo utilizes all tools at our disposal for as many accurate verifications as possible. Although the Global Gateway solution is sophisticated and pulls information from data sources with more than 3 billion records, we want to ensure that onboarding and access is quick and easy.

In order to address the needs of your business, Global Gateway can be deployed four ways-through a cloud portal, in offline batch processing, and through two different types of XML integration—Direct and Frame. We hope to make integration easier, so we’ve asked experts on our technical support staff to address common onboarding questions.

WHEN DOES ONBOARDING BEGIN?

It’s always best to have someone from your technical team meet directly with our support team to ensure you understand the technical requirements, product instructions, and return responses. When you sign a contract with Trulioo, we want to ensure that you understand and feel comfortable with every aspect of Global Gateway.   • Next Steps if Global Gateway Returns ‘Not Verified’

HOW LONG DOES ONBOARDING USUALLY TAKE?

Onboarding depends on a number of factors including integration type, the number of countries you’ve chosen to utilize, and your development team’s timeline.

Simple onboarding cases can take as little as one day. Very complex cases where onboarding is tied to other client projects can last over a month. We will make sure that we address your workflow and timeline as best as we can.

ANY ADVICE ON HOW TO SPEED THAT UP?

You should utilize XML Frame if you’re using a high number of countries. You won’t have to build out the data entry screen for each country. This is a simple and powerful integration that we know many clients can benefit from. Let us answer any XML Frame questions that you might have.
