Trulioo is excited to be the KYC Sponsor for this year’s CNP Expo at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort in Orlando, Florida between the 23rd and 26th of May. Providing unparalleled opportunities for education, industry updates, and discussions about card-not-present issues, the CNP Expo is an exceptional conference-led event fostering partnerships that are helping drive a growing industry forward.  Our team is excited to take part in a few scheduled events, including panel discussion about cross-border KYC, an educational 15-minute presentation about the future of identity verification, and prove live demos at the Exhibit Hall (booth #408).

Make sure to stop by the Demo Stage on Tuesday, May 24th at 3:40pm where you’ll see Keir Breitenfeld, Head of Partnerships and Channel Sales at Trulioo, sharing insights about The Future of KYC: Traditional and Cyber Data. Learn about the future of alternative data and cutting-edge technologies that will be be part of tomorrow’s robust and effective international KYC programs. And there’s more! We will be giving away Dr. Dre Beats Headphones along with a Trulioo swag bag to the first audience member who correctly answers Keir’s question of the day!

On Wednesday, May 25th from 10:30am to 11:15am, Trulioo’s President, Jon Jones, will be joining a panel of KYC experts to discuss challenges, opportunities and lessons learned from first-hand experience with cross-border KYC requirements and risk mitigation in today’s digital world.  The panel, Keeping it Real: Why KYC is so Vital, will be moderated by Fintech reporter Tom Groenfeldt, who was named one of the top 25 global financial services influencers. Panelists include Trulioo’s President Jon Jones, Amazon Payments’ Director of Compliance Tracy Raissis, Google’s Global Compliance Operations Manager Travis Jarae, and American Express’ VP of Data Science and Analytics Pradeep V Ramesh.

Panelists will share successful strategies to create and improve Know Your Customer (KYC) processes — a critical function to assess and monitor customer risk, discuss the importance of an automated work flow that verifies good customers and challenges high risk customers, and review some of the current compliance and regulations that are keeping them up at night. In 2015, we witnessed a surge in compliance and KYC continues to be a key focus area for management. Companies operating on a global scale must demonstrate a robust compliance framework, ensuring that each territory has sufficient management oversight and that requirements are being adhered to at both a domestic and global level. If you are interested in walking away from the conference with valuable KYC takeaways to help reduce fraud whilst growing your business across borders with legitimate customers, you won’t want to miss this star-studded panel of KYC experts from top tier ecommerce and payment players from around the world.

The 2016 CNP Expo is an annual  event featuring educational content on the technologies, products, and services that help facilitate the growth of card-not-present commerce environments (ecommerce and mobile commerce) via effective payment processes in a secure environment. Merchants representing large, mid-sized and small retailers who are reliant on e-commerce to grow their businesses attend the event to learn about the technology solutions that prevent fraud in their online transactions. With over 50 panel sessions, fantastic networking opportunities, a packed expo floor featuring the industry’s top vendors, and a half-day Boot Camp, you won’t want to miss out on this year’s lineup!
