Trulioo Joins GSMA’s Identity Innovation Labs at Mobile World Congress Shanghai
How are digital identities shaping the future of online transactions? That question, and many more, will be explored when industry experts from around the globe gather later this month for GSMA’s Identity Innovation Labs. The three stand-alone discussion sessions will be held during Mobile World Congress (MWC) Shanghai, a must-attend industry event gathering the mobile industry’s most influential executives sharing thought-provoking presentations, insights on industry trends and a greater vision for the future of mobile. Set to run from June 27 to 29, MWC Shanghai will feature more than 600 exhibitors in seven exhibition halls, with nearly 60 hours of content and over 60,000 attendees.

Throughout the duration of the Identity Innovation Lab, thought-leaders and professionals from across the identity space – including Trulioo’s very own VP of Growth, Anatoly Kvitnitsky – will discuss how digital identities are shaping the world in which we live.
Anatoly will be participating in two sessions on Thursday, June 28. The first is a panel discussion at 11:00 a.m. moderated by Johnny Kim from GSMA. The panel will explore the emergence of eKYC techniques for reducing the cost of acquiring and strengthening KYC, as well as a review of the challenges and opportunities.
The second session begins at 1:35 p.m. and is part of a larger discussion on how mobile network operators (MNOs) can enable digital identity by working with service providers to fuel cross-border business. Anatoly will present a case study on how Trulioo is harnessing MNO data to power digital identity verification for both B2B and B2C transactions.
He will speak to the relevance of data attributes as one of the most valuable aspects of digital identity and touch on the key roles that MNOs play in meeting the demands of the market, their vital position in relation to cross-border transactions and the future of eCommerce. The discussion will also explore monetization opportunities for MNOs when providing capabilities to global digital service providers.
