Trulioo is Up for Two Fintech Innovation Awards
Trulioo has been short-listed for two 2016 Fintech Innovation Awards. Stephen Ufford, Trulioo’s Founder & CEO, is up for the ‘Fintech Leader of the Year’ category, and GlobalGateway, Trulioo’s identity verification solution, secured a spot in the ‘Innovations in Cyber Security’ category. The finalists for the awards were announced on March 2, 2016 across all 14 categories.
“We are honored to be recognized for our innovation and leadership in financial technology,” said Zac Cohen, General Manager at Trulioo. “Fintechs have disrupted the finance industry and it continues to move forward at full speed, and it’s exciting to be able to power fraud and compliance programs for thriving fintechs around the world so that they can focus on product innovation.”
The award is sponsored by Western Union Business Solutions, AirPlus International, SAS Business Analytics, and Streamline to recognize and honor the trailblazers with the highest achievements from the global financial and payments technology industries over the past year.
Finalists were scored by an expert panel of judges comprised of leading authorities and specialists from across the Fintech sector. Chaired by Jon Cobley, CEO of Fintech incubator Brightbridge Ventures, this year’s prestigious line-up of judges assessed and scored the entrants to determine this year’s top five finalists in each category.
Trulioo is in the running for the following award categories:
